Admission Process

We keep our enrollment process simple and straightforward. Follow these steps to secure your seat.

Step 1: Enquiry Submission

Submit a query using our online portal or walk directly into our admission centers to speak with a counselor.

Step 2: Counsel Session

Understand Courses & Hostels

Our expert counselors will evaluate your academic history, suggest courses, and detail the fee schedules and hostel rules.

Step 3: Scholarship Test (SSAT)

Take Test & Earn Scholarships

Participate in our scholarship test to gauge your conceptual base and earn waivers up to 90% off tuition fees.

Step 4: Fee & Document Submission

Secure Admission & Move In

Submit necessary documents, pay the batch booking deposit, and block your seat in the hostel rooms.

Documents & Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria:

For NEET/JEE programs: Class 10/12 passed with Science subjects. Minimum score of 60% is highly recommended.
For Foundation batches (6th-10th): Promoted from previous class in a recognized board.

Required Documents (At the time of admission):

4 Passport-size photographs of the student.
Photocopy of Class 10/12 Marksheet.
Photocopy of Aadhaar Card (Student & Parents).
Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school.
Migration Certificate (for board transfers).

SSAT 2026

Shaheen Scholarship Cum Admission Test

The SSAT test is held every Sunday at our regional campuses and online portals. The test covers basic conceptual questions in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Math corresponding to the student's current school syllabus, along with logical reasoning challenges.

Scholarship Slabs:

Rank 1-5: 90% Tuition Fee Waiver
Rank 6-20: 75% Tuition Fee Waiver
Rank 21-50: 50% Tuition Fee Waiver
Rank 51-100: 30% Tuition Fee Waiver

Fee Structures Enquiry:

Due to varying batches and hostel options (Double/Triple sharing mess plans), detailed fee catalogs are emailed to registered candidates. Submit the registration form to request yours.
